Creative Concepts has a wide variety of capabilites to fit any need. Raw materials come to us on a daily basis and are assigned to each individual project per their requirements. Along with the normal cutting, routing, drilling and bending, we are able to perform bonding, polishing, buffing, assembly and custom packing.

CNC Machining
 Autocad design and CNC machining are used in everyday production to assure accuracy and consistant quality. We are able to cut  60" x 96"materials up to 1-1/2 " thick. The Autocad driven machine allows us to convert a customers Autocad drawing files into machine language, which  reduces costs, time and potential mistakes. Other advantages are  the consistant repeatability during production runs and the ability to eliminate costly tooling for small runs.

Custom Foam-in-place Pack
 After projects are completed and inspected for quality, products can be individually foamed in place with the best all around type of packing. We feel the packaging is an important part of the project to assure safe delivery to the end user. This style of packaging is the #1 rated and recommended by UPS for safe arrivals.
